Pulse-Eight, the Business of HTPC

For most of us, building our PVRs and HTPCs is a hobby. For Pulse-Eight it’s a business.

Pulse-Eight started as a bespoke media system builder, but they are now offering a whole lot more. Probably their most known product is the NYXBoard remote.

But they also sell pre-installed or pre-built HTPC systems and they offer much of their customized software available for free download. Check out the packages if you want to try it out.

And if that’s not enough, try out their CEC library (already built into XBMC 11.0 and MythTV 0.25) to control your TV from your media center.
